Chef Scott opened Xico Contemporary Mexican Kitchen in Mumbai India in 2016. Xico is the only restaurant in India serving authentic Mexican cuisine importing many of the chiles, tortillas and spices from Mexico and the US. Xico has received many top accolades including best “American Restaurant” Mumbai and best Mexican Restaurant India.
